Comes with a rich industry experience and is presently retired from his job to pursue his passion of training young minds to become performers. He has held the following positions

• Director (Office Co-Operative Society).

• Worked with NICHOLAS PIRAMAL Solitaire Division as Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager) in West Bengal, Orissa and Jharkhand from 1998 - 2006.
• Region Manager (1st line manager) in Sarabhai Chemicals West Bengal from 1993 - 98.
• Professional Service representative in Kolkata from1974 - 93
• Star performer award in the year 2006 from Mr. Ajoy Piramal (Chairman , Nicholas Piramal)
• All team members including 1st line Managers Awarded for Foreign trip under my leadership in 2006.
• Chairman's Award from Mr. K. Sarabhai (Chairman, Sarabhai Chemicals) in 1996 as Region Manager (West Bengal)
