Profile

Armed with an industry exposure for 9 years, Certified by IBM for BQT; she is an English Honors Graduate from Calcutta University. Completed post graduation in Computer Application and underwent training and qualified for Communication in Voice and Accent from Hero Mindmine. She has the distinction of working with various organizations involving in Customer Care, Technical process. Training and business development and has been responsible for facilitating of various training programs in Team Building, Leadership Development, Customer Care Management, Selling skills, Effective Business Communication and Motivational workshops.
