The International Institute of training & Management was formed with the vision of creating
Achievers. To select them, protect them, train them, stand by them and help
them develop into successful individuals and to embed in them the sense of selfrespect,
respect for others, social and moral responsibilities. We have the vision to
create pool of enthusiastic, energetic, open and broad minded work force that would
create a new world order free from the vices and evils of life.
IITM was formed with the visions of young entrepreneurs to impart contemporary worldclass
Life / Soft Skill training to create a pool of trained employable productive work
force for modern India & the world. With more and more jobs on offers, we as a country
and the globe are facing an acute scarcity of employable workforce. The major
problems noted are, lack of proper Communication skills and Attitude. We will work
dedicatedly to bridge this gap through its multi-pronged training programs to be
imparted in three distinct levels across the globe using new knowledge and a different
approach with the knowledge of the Vedas and the ancient wisdom of the east.
Performance enhancement and management is the key to success in the future, and
only people with proper vision and goals will emerge winners in this survival for the
fittest game. To help in this process, we are soon going to open up chain of Soft Skills
training centres across South East Asia with standardized training programs helping
and serving people from all strata of life.
Customized training programs on need based requirement will also be available,
breakingthe bariier of language barriers.
Schools: Special Life / Soft skills trainings to be provided to school going children in accordance with the prescribed syllabus by world bodies like UNICEF, WHO and other national /world bodies.
Colleges: the institute's true tested short-term Life / Soft skills trainings program to enhance communication skills and initiate attitude change of students for the different jobs available in the modern world.
Corporate Houses: Special need based, tailored Life / Soft skills trainings programs to enhance the effective output of every employees in an organization.
